iLawyer enters into agreement with the Beverly Hills Bar Association to provide online lawyer referrals throughout the entire Los Angeles area

BEVERLY HILLS, CA - - March 5, 2001 - - iLawyer, Inc. announced this week that it will be providing 30-minute consultations with attorneys for clients in the entire Los Angeles

area through its partnership with the Beverly Hills Bar Association Lawyer Referral & Information Service.

The Beverly Hills Bar Association Lawyer Referral & Information Service was formed in 1976 as a service to the public to provide referrals to competent and ethical

    

legal representation. Its major concern is to provide individuals and businesses with an experienced attorney ready, willing and able to provide quality legal services at a fair price. Their commitment to quality service is demonstrated by its Certification as a lawyer referral service by the State Bar of California which certifies only those referral services that meet or exceed the standards approved by the Supreme Court of California.


iLawyer is working with the American Bar Association ("ABA") to develop a national network of ABA-approved Lawyer Referral Services on the Internet. Other Bar Associations currently participating in the network are the Bar Association of San Francisco Lawyer Referral Service, the Lawyer Referral Service at the Bar Association of Northern San Diego County, the San Fernando Valley Bar Association Lawyer Referral and Information Service, and the Contra Costa County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service. iLawyer will be operating soon in Seattle, Washington, the New York metropolitan area, and other locations.
