How does the new "means test" affect my chances of filing a bankruptcy petition under New York Bankruptcy Law’s Chapter 7? (NY)

If one is unable to pass the means test under the new bankruptcy laws, there is a presumption that the filer makes too much money to file a liquidation bankruptcy.
