The individual Bar Associations determine fees they set. Scheduling fees vary from "Free" to "$35" depending on the type of legal matter and geographic region. $25 is typical. There is no charge for people who have been injured and are seeking representation related to the injuries.
There is no charge for eligible low-income individuals seeking low-cost or pro bono (free) representation. If no consultation can be scheduled, you will not be charged or you will receive a full refund.
